Who we are
AIAutoFlow is an AI automation studio working with companies remotely. If you have any question about this notice, or about data we hold on you, write to hi@aiautoflow.pro and a person will answer.
What we collect
Only what you type into our contact form: your name, work email, company name and website, your role, company size, the budget and timeline you select, the areas you tick, and whatever you write in the message field. We do not buy contact data and we do not run advertising trackers on this site.
Why we collect it
To answer your enquiry and to prepare for a first call. Knowing your company size, tools and budget before we talk means we can tell you honestly whether we are the right fit, instead of finding out after three meetings.
Who else sees it
Our website hosting provider processes the request technically, and the email service we use to receive enquiries stores the message. We do not sell your details, and we do not share them with anyone else unless you ask us to.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not turn into a project are deleted once the conversation has clearly ended. If we do work together, we keep what the working relationship and our accounting obligations require, and no more.
Your rights
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to hi@aiautoflow.pro and we will action it. If you are in the EU or the UK and you are not happy with how we handled it, you can complain to your national data protection authority.
Your systems during a project
If we work together, we operate inside your own accounts rather than copying your business data into ours. We take the narrowest access the work requires, we can sign an NDA before the first working session, and access is removed when the work is done.
